I had an amazing stay at Charmillion Club Aqua Park. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring my family's needs were met at all times. The food was varied and often enjoyable, though there were some misses. The water park was fun, but I did notice that not all features were available, particularly in the cooler months. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future.

The expansive aqua park was a hit with my family, offering fun for both kids and adults. though I felt the dining options could have used more variety and flavor. The staff were consistently friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience, especially Malak at the front desk who accommodated our room requests. Overall, it was a relaxing family vacation with both spirited entertainment and beautiful snorkeling opportunities nearby.
